Cowhorn Vineyard

Waterleaf worked with Cowhorn Vineyard in Jacksonville, Oregon, on a master plan for a three level facility with processing beginning at the middle level and an exterior crush deck. A large open fermentation room for red wine is adjacent, along with a tasting room. The lowest level features white wine fermentation and barrel cellaring. The upper level accommodates offices, lab, dining room and catering kitchen, connected to the exterior with terraces.
