Sacramento Transit LRV Maintenance Facility

Waterleaf provided design services for this 40,000 sf heavy repair maintenance facility, including provisions for the maintenance, storage, service, and exchange of parts for SRTD’s expanded fleet of light rail vehicles. The building includes four heavy maintenance repair bays, two with pits and overhead platforms, a machine shop with truck, HVAC and pantograph repair, semi-clean electric shop, fare collection equipment repair, parts storage and non-revenue vehicle shop.
