Golden Poles Chalet

Golden Poles Chalet HOA was referred to Waterleaf to assist them with repair and renovation work associated with structural damage that occurred under the extreme snow conditions during the winter of 2008/2009. In addition, Waterleaf provided design services for general building upgrades including a new three story building entry, poolhouse, stair enclosures and walkway railings.
