Waterleaf’s conceptual design for this new apartment building at Northeast 20th & Everett Street is comprised of 38 residential studios and one and two-bedroom units in five stories, with both surface and below-grade parking. Designed into the internal courtyard are two large shared garden terraces, and the exterior materials establish a connection between the soft natural environment of the internal courtyard and the harder-edged street facades to the north and east.
