Forest Heights Community Center

Waterleaf has been working with Forest Heights HOA on a feasibility study for a new community center. The project is to house a lobby/fireside room, multi-purpose room, catering kitchen, staff/HOA offices, a classroom, and locker and changing rooms. The clubhouse is intended to be used for community meetings and art/fitness classes. Terraces and decks will allow for outside events, and a recreational pool is planned for the exterior.
