TriMet Portland-Milwaukie Light Rail

Waterleaf is currently working with TriMet on the final design of the seven-mile Portland-to-Milwaukie light rail transit (LRT) project. Our firm is part of an interdisciplinary team responsible for urban design and architecture of the eight eastside stations including OMSI, Bybee Blvd, Tacoma St, and Downtown Milwaukie. The project strives to enhance pedestrian facilities and transit infrastructure in under-served communities while improving the region's bicycle network. Rendering by Craig Holmes.
