Sinnott House Historic Renovation

Previously listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this 1886 hotel building is currently home to a lively restaurant and bar. Waterleaf has been retained to provided phased renovations including a roof and parapet stabilization project to retain historic appearance while addressing weaknesses in the cast iron facade.
