This new 17,594 sf medical office building for Stark Street Medical Group will include an ambulatory surgical center (ASC), an urgent care facility, two medical office tenant spaces, and a welcoming two-story arrival space for the four suites within. The ACS will include two operating procedure rooms, three pre-op rooms, four post-op recovery areas, a patient consultation areas, and administrative support areas.
