Broadway Commons

Waterleaf is currently renovating this 1916 era steel and concrete building in Downtown Portland, with improvements including new facade paint scheme, window restoration, and deferred maintenance repair. Vacant above the 2nd floor for over six years, Broadway Commons will house new tenants in these spaces including Command Management Systems and Elemental Technologies.
