Seven Corners Collaborative
Waterleaf was selected by Community Vision to design their new headquarters, the Seven Corners Collaborative in the heart of Southeast Portland. Along with the nonprofit partners, FACT Oregon and Community Pathways, Community Vision’s workspace will foster innovation and collaboration while providing support and services for individuals with intellectual, physical and developmental disabilities. In addition to office space, the 28,000 square foot building includes a Assistive Technology lab, Nossa Familia coffee shop, community conference rooms, event spaces and a roof deck, all underneath an expansive green roof. A thoughtful combination of brick and stucco complement the site’s context as the confluence of historic Ladd’s Addition and the bustling Division Street corridor.
