Ryan Brunelle LEED AP BD+C

Ryan Brunelle, LEED AP BD+C Intern

Ryan has been telling people since the age of five that he was going to be an architect, and when he ran into his 5th grade teacher a few years ago, she reminded him that he shared this dream with her way back when. With such focus and clarity of purpose, it is no surprise that Ryan ended up with his BS Arch and M Arch from Washington State University and went on to study abroad in London and Paris. He is the most excited about working on the retrofitting, re-use, and preservation of historic buildings, an interest that sparked when restoring a 300 year old seminary in Brussels, Belgium.

On Fridays, Ryan looks forward to spending the weekend with his wife Dawn and their German Shepherd/Rhodesian Ridgeback, Peanut. His #1 hobby at the moment is working on their 1927 home in St. Johns, but he also enjoys cooking, hiking, reading scripture, and riding motorcycles. He aspires to be a more confident oil painter and be able to emulate the use of light/shadow of Rembrandt and his favorite sculptor, Rodin.
